電力品質 Electric Power Quality - Lesson One

這學期，電力品質 (Electric Power Quality) 這門課授課教師是『呂振文』老師。呂老師是高雄工專五專電機科畢業的學長，非常的勤學、認真、敬業；感覺起來，講課應該也會相當的嚴格。有期中考，也有期末考。呂老師是在澎湖七美出生的，4 歲搬到高雄哈瑪星定居、成長。專科畢業後考取台灣科技大學二技電機系，不過才就讀一個多月就又錄取了公務員高考，就隨即休學去報到任公職了，之後以在職進修的方式一直深造到取得電機博士學位。

呂老師任公職的單位是在『行政院勞工委員會南區勞動檢查所』，已經 21 年年資了，現擔任課長職。呂老師的連絡方式如下：

今天上課老師一開始講述了很重要的一章：用電安全、電氣安全 (Electric Safety)。以電氣安全來開場讓人覺得是非常恰當又重視人權的，因為『安全第一』。課後老師提供了上課講義：
